How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your Binapani account and all associated data, please send an email to:

Please include the following in your email:

Subject line: Account Deletion Request
The username or email address associated with your account
The Binapani product(s) you use (e.g. Aspra, Academy)

What Gets Deleted

Your account credentials and profile information
Conversation and translation history stored on our servers
Any preferences and settings associated with your account

Data stored locally on your device (such as audio recordings) is not affected by server-side deletion. You can clear local data by uninstalling the app.

Processing Time

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been permanently deleted.
